Return Policy

The Sunrise Brand offers a 30-day return policy, which allows you 30 days from the time you receive your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thesunrisebrand.com. If your return meets our criteria, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and address it promptly.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
